Ticket Documentation
Provided you have given your correct e-mail address, an e-mail will be sent to you confirming all the details of your booking.

Please note that hard copy tickets (where used) can only be delivered to UK addresses.

For charter flights your tickets will be forwarded to you as soon as they are received by us from the tour operator, you should receive your tickets within 7-10 days before departure. Tickets for all charter bookings made within 21 days of departure or any departure not originating from the UK, will be sent to the airport for collection at the time of your departure.

Most scheduled airlines use the e-ticketing facility, where tickets are electronically issued at the airport for you. This information will be given to you on your confirmation. If hard copy tickets are required for your journey they will be despatched 7-10 days prior to your departure date.

The majority of no frills carriers now operate on a ticketless travel basis where you must provide your booking reference number at check-in. For any exceptions to these arrangements, hard copy tickets will be sent 7-10 days prior to departure.

Carriage will only be provided to the passenger named in the ticket who may be required to produce appropriate identification. Tickets always remain the property of the issuing carrier and/or the relevant tour operator and will cease to be valid if they are mutilated or altered other than by us. The ticket for your return or onward journey may not be valid or may cease to be valid if the first part of your ticket has not been used. Skydeals.co.uk is not liable if there is any change to a departure/arrival time previously given to you or shown on your ticket.

Flight Information
Airlines may occasionally have to change the type of aircraft used on a particular flight without advance warning.

Scheduled, charter and no frills carrier flight timings, days of operations and departure points are subject to change.

Tour operators may have to change the airline used on a particular route and on occasions it may even be necessary for them to cancel your flight arrangements altogether. We will advise you of any significant changes as soon as we are informed by the airline/tour operator, provided you have given us valid contact details. If the changes are not acceptable to you and we are able to find you alternative flight arrangements, you will be responsible for any additional costs in making that change.

Minor timing changes will be shown on the flight tickets, which you should check carefully when received.

There may be a touchdown and/or aircraft change en-route to your final destination. Please check your flight routing information at time of booking.

Airlines will not guarantee your fare until full payment has been made. Departure taxes not shown on your airline ticket are levied at certain international airports. You should ensure you have adequate funds for these taxes which are payable locally.

Please also note that most airlines operate a no-smoking policy.

Charter and scheduled flight tickets often have restrictions, which usually mean that no changes or refunds can be made once the reservation has been confirmed. Similarly, no frills carriers are non-refundable tickets and, depending on the airline, restrictions and penalties apply for changes.

We will tell you the identity of your air carrier when you book with us and if it is not known at that time or subsequently changes we will inform you as soon as we are informed.

Flight Reconfirmation
It is vital that you re-confirm your flight reservation at least 72 hours prior to your return departure by telephoning the airline at your return airport. Please ask at check-in for details of policy procedures.

Our Contract with You
The airlines used by the tour operator and scheduled/no frills airlines will normally have a set of Conditions of Carriage to which you will be subject in addition to the terms and conditions shown on this website which govern your relationship with Skydeals.co.uk.  If you have any concerns about those Conditions of Carriage then you should ask us for a copy of them before you send your electronic booking request to us.

A legally binding contract will only be formed when we either send electronic confirmation of your online booking to you (an electronic booking request is a binding offer from you to purchase the flight on the stated terms, capable of acceptance by us on those terms) or, where your booking is not made online, confirm the booking over the telephone to you and dispatch the written confirmation of the booking. Please ensure your correct email address is entered, if you have not received email confirmation within 24 hours please contact us on 0870 801 2345.
